Living with Loss

When we lose something or someone, it feels like the world keeps going, but we are stuck in a place of silence and pain.
The feeling of loss doesn’t go away quickly – it stays like an uninvited guest that refuses to leave.
Throughout the day, we carry a burden on our chest, pretending that everything is fine, but inside, there’s a storm of emotions.
At night, silence brings back painful memories, and sleep fails to bring peace.
The weight of grief is overwhelming, but we keep doing what we can.
It’s like living in two separate worlds: one where life moves forward, and one where loss holds us still.
Grief helps us grow. It teaches us how to hide our pain while moving through the day.
Loss shows us that everything in life is temporary. It makes us feel restless and vulnerable, as if nothing lasts forever.
We feel like we are in a race and there is a finish line. We are rushing through life, trying to do everything before time runs out.
We never fully get over loss and grief; we just learn to live with them.
